Golden Finance reports that on-chain data shows an early Ethereum investor has transferred 334.7 ETH for the first time after more than a decade of silence, worth nearly 1.5 million dollars. The funds were initially discovered by Lookonchain, purchased for only $104 during the first Ethereum Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2014. Before transferring the majority of the funds, the investor first made a small test transfer to a new wallet with no historical activity. If realized at the current market price, this transfer represents a 14,000-fold return. This original wallet has had no activity since the ICO. The Ethereum ICO raised a total of $18 million and officially launched in July 2015.
