ZKsync co-founder reaffirms that there has been no leak of code, contracts, or operator Secret Key.
BlockBeats News: On April 16, Alex Gluchowski, co-founder of ZKsync, posted a response to the administrator account theft incident this morning, reiterating that there was no code, contract, or operator key leakage in the protocol. BlockBeats previously reported that the ZK tokens on the ZKsync chain were suspected of being abnormally issued yesterday evening, and the additional tokens were being sold. "The ZKsync security team has discovered a stolen admin account that controls approximately $5 million worth of ZK tokens - these are the remaining tokens in the ZKsync airdrop that have not yet been claimed," ZKsync officially said. The necessary security measures are currently being taken. All user funds are safe and never at risk. The ZKsync protocol and the ZK token contract remain secure, and no more ZK tokens are at risk. This is an isolated incident triggered by a stolen key, limited to the ZK token airdrop contract. The investigation is ongoing, and a detailed update will be shared later today."
