Bitcoin Layer 2 scaling solution Botanix Mainnet officially launched, block generation speed reaches 5 seconds.
Gate News bot message, according to CoinDesk, Bitcoin Layer 2 solution Botanix officially announces the launch of Mainnet. This upgrade significantly reduces the Bitcoin Block generation time from the original 10 minutes to 5 seconds.
Botanix Labs confirms that the newly launched Mainnet supports EVM compatibility. In terms of governance structure, Botanix operates through a foundation composed of 16 node operators to achieve decentralized management.
At the same time, Botanix also launched two supporting products: the Bitcoin stablecoin Palladium and the decentralized exchange Bitzy.
